SPENCER CRUMP THE LIAR, THE TRIEF, THE CROOK Teaneck, New Jersey

I HAVE KNOWN SPENCER CRUMP AND HIS FAMILY FOR 20YRS. FOR THIS SITUATION TO GO THIS FAR SHOWS YOU THAT HE IS NOTHING MORE THEN A THIEF (CONARTIST). HE IS THE WORST KIND OF FRIEND.

In April 2010, I spoke to Spencer Crump, about purchasing a SUVfor us from an Auction. Based on the fact that Spencer Crump had an auction license we thought purchasing the vehicle would help to save some money. With no hesitation Spencer agreed to help us.

Shortly after, Spencer Crumpcontacted us stating we had to deposit the money ($5,000) in an account in which he provided the account number to us. On April 27^th, 2010 a check was written and deposited in to the account. Shortly after Spencer and I started to go to the auctions accompanied by another gentleman.

Each week I would go to the auction, scouting through 100s of vehicles picking the ones I like the best. The next day another gentleman would go back to the auction and bid on those particular vehicles. This went on for a couple of months and each time we were out bided. After trying and being out bidded each time, I decided to pull the deal and asked Spencer Crump for my money back.

Prior to asking Spencer Crump for his help, we had a verbal contract. If a purchase was not made, a full refund would be given. As time passed week after week, month after month, I would contact Spencer regarding the money, and each time Spencer Crump would give me different reason/excuses to why I had not received the money.

After numerous attempts to recover my money, on August 2^ndSpencer Crump paid me $1000 and promised to have the remaining balance by the end of the following week. He assured me that I would receive the balance of $4000 by the end of that week, which never took place! He is a man who is always full of excuses.

Finally, after countless dead end phone calls and a battery of empty promises, all subsequent attempts to communicate with Spencer Crump eventually ceased with him because he refused to take my phone calls. On August 16^th a police report and charges (Theft by Deception) were filled against Spencer Crump. The WoodlandPark police department made several attempts to contact Spencer but was unsuccessful.

On December 14^th, 2010Spencer Crump was summons to appear in court, and his PUNK a*s didnt show!!!
