Spencer Freedman Refrigerator Saver Had me do work for his company, then disappeared without paying. New York, New York

I would like to clarify that the payment for work carried out was paid, and that an agency was responsible for collections of this debt, who would be able to confirm that payment was in full and final settlement. As part of the payment, Visual Dreams were meant to put the facts straight, and remove the Rip Off reporting against the company. 

We have not been able to contact Visual Dreams, as it would seem they are no longer in business, and all phone numbers for them have been disconnected.

I would however like to confirm, that the company Refrigeratorsaver and the owner Spencer Freedman DO NOT owe any monies to Visual Dreams, and the debt was paid and satisfied.  

Well, it's been a year since I wrote my original report and another year has gone by without payment.  I decided to update this, because I did hear from Spencer Freedman.  After 2 years of waiting, I contacted a collection agency, who attempted to collect from Refrigerator Saver.  He ignored them for a while, but when faced with potential business credit issues, he made an agreement to start making payments.  Mr. Freedman made one small payment, then disappeared again.

Many months later, Mr. Freedman contacted the collection company, and said he would pay the rest, but only if I remove the ripoff report first.  I told them that I can't remove it, but I would be glad to update it with the resolution, I stipulated that I would not lie, and make it sound all nice, I would only tell the truth.  Mr. Freedman was given ten days to respond, and after 2 months, he has not responded at all, and has not paid another penny.
