I knew Spencer Freedman personally when he lived in NY, and he still robbed us blind.About 9 months ago I spoke with Spencer about how to promote my new business.He stated that he knew how to promote my product and that he knew a web designer. He also told me that I would need to create a professional facebook and twitter account, plus buy my trademark and several other things that I would need.  About a week prior to this discussion I had a long phone conversation with Spencer about his mother passing away, so I wrongly thought that I could trust this man... I was wrong.  It turns out Spencer created this false email for a nonexistant designer. He also never went ahead with ANY of the other things he said he would do. He just took our money. Then he claimed that he would give us back all the money he stole. Since then we have had nothing but excuses from this conman, excuses like he had collapsed from exhaustion to (now get this)  also  travelling the world with his family.  I kid you not. And my favorite is, the money is in the bank but it's not there!  Spencer knows that my wife is not well.  She has a medical condition which makes him particularly sleezy. He also knows that we don't have much money and yet he still chose to rob us of thousands of dollars.  We were fools to trust this man.  He has also threatened us with legal action, amongst other threats, if we report this. He has also had the gall to blame us for him not paying us back. One of the reasons he said he wasn't going to pay us was because I hurt his feelings by calling him a thief after his multiple promises to pay us back. He claims to be a wealthy man now from the sale of his company, but he still has not payed us back.  Don't have anything to do with this sleezy conman!!  He will take all he can get from you!
