So I originally posted this criticism as a comment on their Facebook page. Instead of responding to it, as any legitimate organization with confidence in their moral standing would, they deleted my comments and blocked me from posting or messaging them on their page. So I'll repeat myself here:

I am an American, traveling across Thailand with my girlfriend and a friend. In the months we've been here, we've come to love the people and beautiful tradition of this nation. Tonight, while having dinner, we had about fifty loud, brash Americans from this organization come in. 

Their children behaving in ways a Thai child never would (Thai children are quiet, respectful, peaceful, and content - we've yet to see a Thai child acting brattish or require any discipline whatsoever. It's like they're naturally at peace). The adults themselves obviously acting in ways that would be embarrassing for any Thai person. 

It is not the Thai that need your missionaries, apparently. It is you that need to learn from them. These "unreached, forgotten people" are in a building economy, rooted in traditions that are far deeper and richer than some western group of high school students and some adults can understand. 

How many of your people are trained and knowledgable of the culture of this place? It seems very few, if any. The Thai people in the restaurant were laughing and gritting their teeth, along with us, at your behavior. 

They don't want your religion. They don't want your ways. maybe they're grateful to your face, but here's something you all can learn about Thai culture: they hate being rude, they hate being embarrassed, and they hate embarrassing others. It's called "saving face". They will smile to your face to be polite, and shoulder your inconsiderate nature in private. 

Im sure you've done good, but it's all with a caveat: you're not here to help them, you're here to convert them. to trample over their ways and replace them with your own... And they know it. They're not stupid. 

These are human beings with culture and beliefs. PEOPLE, not some anonymous "forgotten" brown tribes that need your help so you can report numbers of converted Christians back to your donators. 

As westerners visiting this place, and helping the needy in ways that are truly compatible with them and respectful of them (creating companies that enrich their local economies without embarrassing them btheorizing money at them, etc), we say this: please go away. You make our work harder. We have to fight against the reputation of westerners people like you form. 

 You're loud, aggressive, and obnoxious - obviously disrespectful of the culture here. The Thai people know this, at least the ones we encountered usurping out encounter with your group did. You are doing no one any favors, especially anyone you're trying to represent.  If Christ is alive in some other realm, trust me, he's shaking his head.
