The link, when activated, goes to a supposed certificate worth $3500.00. But the fine print at the bottom shows it is a Lotto link of some kind and note also the 'PlasmaNet Inc address on the bottom line:

Why the email comes from Brazil is a quandry. But the actual certificate wants your name, address, zip code, and email. I definitely recommend not following this link. It is very similar to one I hit a while ago in Mircronesia, and it put a Trojan on my computer and I was forced to reformat and reinstall everything.
