DO NOT respond to any email from this supposed 'Congraulations' link with animatied clapping hands in the subject. It is based in the city of Sao Paulo, the state of Sao Paulo, in Brazil. The link, when activated, goes to a supposed certificate worth $3500.00. But the fine print at the bottom shows it is a Lotto link of some kind and note also the 'PlasmaNet Inc address on the bottom line:

Why the email comes from Brazil is a quandry. But the actual certificate wants your name, address, zip code, and email. I definitely recommend not following this link. It is very similar to one I hit a while ago in Mircronesia, and it put a Trojan on my computer and I was forced to reformat and reinstall everything.
DO NOT GO THERE!
Thanks
