Spherion/Spherion Medical Support Paycheck hijacking, cant process simple medical support orders, outright lie about what they are told Nationwide Nationwide

 I was employed by Spherion from February 2017-May 2017. Upon receiving 2 medical support orders, Spherion enrolled me and 2 children in insurance. Once I saw the outrageous amount ($142/wk) I went to my local child support office. Upon doing the math that Spherion should have done, my child support office found this amount to be 4 times the Federal limit. They informed me they would send termination notices for both orders immediately. This was April 7, 2017. The amounts continue to be deducted from my paycheck. I contact Spherion Medical support and am told that they didn't get any termination notice and that maybe she sent them to the wrong place.(I'm sure she sent them to the exact same place she sent the orders to and they got those). I contact my child support office and ask if she can fax the termination notices to Spherion along with the date they were originally sent. This information was faxed to Spherion. Again, I continue to watch the amounts be deducted from my paycheck. I contact Spherion Medical support again and am told by one department that I was simply waiting for the terminations to be processed and another department tells me that no, only one was being terminated because it is a court order(they are both court orders.) Spherion claimed that the one order was terminating because the child was aging out of the system(not true, both terminations were issued for the cost of the insurance). I was informed by Spherion that my local child support office told them one order was to terminate and the other was not. I immediately go to my local child support office and speak directly with the caseworker that admitted she spoke with Spherion, but they only spoke about one case because the other case(the one Spherion claims they were told wasn't to be terminated)wasn't hers so she knew nothing about it. She claims they never spoke about the other case. I inquire about the other case anyway and this woman offers to go look thru someone else's computer and see what is there. She returns with a termination notice that she printed from the other caseworkers file(meaning it had to already be there as they do not and will not change someone else's case). I fax this myself directly to Spherion. The whole time I am doing all of this I am being reassured that I will be refunded any amounts deducted after April 7, 2017. So everyone has their paperwork and my paycheck is getting smaller and smaller(my final was 20 CENTS). I end up getting terminated from my assignment(last week of May) and I still have gotten no refund of at least $1000 in premiums deducted by Spherion . I have contacted everyone at Spherion all the way to Tom Pentenburg, the President. Their strategy now is to ignore any communication to them. They simply get to keep my money and it cost me $1000 for the privilege of working through them? I also contacted Aetna directly as that is who they use to provide their insurance. Again, no response. I have and can prove that they legitimately owe me any amounts after the April 7th termination(my local child support has confirmed that the terminations for BOTH cases were sent twice, the first being April 7. It's now September and apparently I'm supposed to go oh hey, not only did your error cost me my job, my home, my son's home, overdue bills......You get to keep $1000 for it too? This is my money. I worked for it as long as I could(who can afford to go to work for 20 cents?) and it's legitimately owed by someone. Either way, Spherion gets away with hiring labor and taking their money and keeping it. No one is interested in helping to get it back, and Spherion has pretty much shown me that they get to keep my wages. YAY for me. Thank you, Spherion.
