My Speigel card was supposedly issued by FCNB and they went bankrupt and Card Processing Center took over. I have been harassed and I mean severely by the Card Processing Center. For some reason my balance is three times as much as it was when they went bankrupt and I am tired of all the over the limit fees and late fees. It is their fault it went over the limit.
I have tried to keep making my payments but Card Processing Center ticked me off for the last time when they called my house all day long on Christmas Eve and the day after Christmas they started calling again at 8 am. No one can let you speak to a supervisor and they are very rude.
If FCNB went bankrupt and doesn't have to repay their debt why am I being hounded to the ends of the earth for my $800 which because of their fees it is over $2000? I wish I knew of something that could be done.
