BAIT AND SWITCH-FAKE ADS-FAKE ADS. Looking for a new apartment with boyfriend and came across spire group who had an ad posted on thier site about an apartment in the west village one bed for 2300. so i clicked on the ad and the photos was pictures of the very same apartment I live in now. I know it was my aparment because it has a one of a kind hard wood floors and the kithcen is the same old counters in my kitchen. also they used a diffrent bathroom picture and part of the hallway was in the photo and the hardwood floors are not even the same as the other photos. I called spire about the ad to  tell them it was fake and to speak with manager. they took my number and I never recived any phone calls and the ad vanished. BEFORE YOU MAKE A FAKE AD OR DECIDE TO LYE ABOUT APARTMENTS YOU SHOULD MAKE IT LOOK REAL SO CLIENTS CAN BELIEVE YOU.
