RE: Spirit Financial Services
I've hired Spirit Financial Services April, 2011, for a modification to lower my home interest rate to an affordable amount. I've paid them $1,985.00 for there services. Spirit Financial has not redered my services, they refuse to answer any of my calls, they have not rendered any services to help me with my mortgage reduction. the person who is supposed to be working on my case is Amber Elias. She refuses to contact me or recieve any phone calls from me. I wrote her several letters asking her for an update stautus but to no avail. This Company Spirit Financial is a total fraud and cashed every check I issued them for there services. I made a complaint to the B.B.B, to let them know that this company took advantage of me and never help me for the services they were paid for. Spirit Financial is a total fraudulent company.
