I paid a down payment of $1310 to build a bar for our backyard and another down payment of $1500 to make a concrete sign for our business. Spirit Ridge never showed up to deliver either product. I called several times and Steve Dvorak does not answer. I tried calling from another phone (friends) and he does??? I asked him to refund the money and he has a variety of excuses (first "crew does not show" , then "sick", then another excuse. 4 month later and he has not delivered. I have requested a refund and he says "Ok" but nothing in the mail...Steve Dvorak needs to come clean.

We would like to take a minute to offer more info regarding this negative report. We in no way know the further details of this circumstance and make no excuses for Steve's actions or offer any defense or acknowlegement of claims. I can, however, defend one detail from this testimonial which was that Steve claimed sickness. The proof of that sickness would be that he died about 4 months after this complaint. If it was a deal that was affected by his health and impending death, we are truely sorry. We tried our best to track down any exsiting deals that were in this limbo, but we couldn't know them all. My wife and I are since the new owners of Spirit Ridge and we are quite healthy and do not condone such business.
