You are wrong. Psychics are not all con artists. That’s like saying all men, or all sales people, or all florists, are con artists. Its just a ridiculous bigoted statement, based on your ignorance about that field and arrogant hate towards what you don’t understand. If you don’t know Anastasia, you have no right to comment!

Psychic phenomena has been studied by professional scientists in the ancient and modern times, and is scientifically proven to have validity. There are hundreds of article and books about the subject, that anyone can go and read.

Yes, some psychics are con artists. As there are con artist in all professional fields. And some are not. Some are wonderful, kind, professional, hard working people. Anastasia Toom is one of the latter. She has worked more than 40 hrs every week for many years, giving people enormous amount of her time and expertise for free! She did free sessions for years, before she started charging at all. People would tell her that she is a gifted healer and should do it professionally. Only when there were lots of people who were actually helped in her sessions, did she start charging a nominal fee.  

Anastasia has had extensive training, and a lot of education. She could’ve gone into other fields, and had a steady paycheck, if she just wanted to make money. But Anastasia truly cares about humanity and its ability to evolve spiritually. That’s why she became a spiritual healer. Some people are totally ignorant about anything spiritual, so everything I’m saying here is foreign to them. They only want to hate what they don’t understand. 

She has never and would never scam anyone. Its not in her nature. I’ve known her for a few years, and I believe I know her pretty well. Whoever wrote this post, clearly doesn’t know Anastasia at all. How this site lets people like that comment about someone they don’t know, is beyond me. Its a travesty that nowadays anyone can just go online and write horrible comments about anyone, and there is no accountability, no checks and balances, no editing of truth from falsehood. Its truly horrible. The false comments about Anastasia should be removed.

I am shocked and appalled at what happened to Anastasia Toom. I came to her in 2013 for healing, and have done many sessions since then. I had a lot of blocks and problems, that other people couldn’t help me with. I went to so many healers and psychics, and it only helped a little bit. But Anastasia helped me so much! I had never worked with a shamanic healer before. She was very kind and compassionate. She got right at the root of the problem. In just a few sessions, she helped me to clear the blocks that were holding me back for so many years. I have never had a bad experience with her. She has been nothing but exceptionally professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I referred my friends to her, and they had really good experiences with her. I plan to do more sessions. She does not belong on this site.

It is so sad that people nowadays can go online and write horrible things about someone, and stalk and harass them, and say whatever they want, and there is no accountability.

Both of the negative reviews on this site were written by the same person, who clearly doesn’t know Anastasia, and her services. They are written the same way, so its obvious they are written by the same person.  I found out that this is a person who has been stalking and trolling Anastasia for over 2 yrs, harassing her by email and phone, making death threats against her and her family. This is really awful! This is a totally crazy person, who can’t tell the difference between reality and fantasy. There are lots of people in the world who are like that. I think because Anastasia works in the field of exorcism, that sometimes attracts certain people who have a lot of negativity. But they don’t want to let go of their negativity. They want to put it on everyone and spread it. 

I’m very saddened and appalled that this crazy person spread lies about a wonderful person such as Anastasia.  These horrible posts should be removed.

That is all I can - if you believe in this **** then you are headed for trouble.  There is no such thing as a "psychic, spellcaster, love guru" etc etc.  They are all CON ARTISTS!!!!!!!!!!

Suyeon Kim, the author of the post, to which I’m replying, had been a client since January, 2014. She has used my services several times for herself, and has referred her family members, as well. She has expressed that these sessions both for herself and family members were helpful, on multiple occasions, either by email, phone, or in sessions (I have recordings of some of these sessions). 

I have performed my role as a Spiritual Counselor, Energy Healer and Exorcist to her, in full integrity, in the spirit of service, and never with the intent to harm. I affirm that she and her family members were helped, in some cases significantly helped, by the work, and were not harmed in any way during sessions with me. 

Suyeon Kim has a very severe mental illness. She has been in a mental institution. She has symptoms of paranoid delusional schizophrenia. She hears voices. Attached below in Sections 4 and 5, are many of the emails which she sent to me, which serve as a clear illustration of her psychopathology, and in which she talks about, in several places, about having had a breakdown, becoming crazy and schizophrenic.

without any thought or consequences to your actions.  And I said I wanted protection not for you to re-make the movie initially, the people getting killed increased to 300.”

Quote from one of her emails: “I wanted you to my relationships and you thought you would go and kill 2000+ to save the world.”

Suyeon Kim has told me that ‘they’ [the illuminati] take images out of her head, and make movies with them. She said that she saw black horses in a dream, then she saw black horses in a Katy Perry movie, and that ‘they’ [the illuminati] took that image out of her head and put that into this movie. Later, she told me to stop making movies form the images in her head.

She believes that the many deaths she read about in the newspapers were caused by me. She seems to be saying that I made movies, which caused more people to die. She claims that I collaborate with the illuminati to make movies and to kill people. She claims that I took images out of her head to make these movies.

To a normal person this sounds like total insanity. And it is. Suyeon Kim has a very serious psychopathology, and can’t tell the difference between her delusions and reality. Just as she believes that I killed people around the world, and take images out of her head and make movies with them, she also believes that I embezzled her money and got her psychically attacked. Suyeon Kim is indeed suffering from illness, as well as demonic possession, and it is very sad, but it has nothing to do with me. Her issues are there, for her own reasons, not because of anything that I did or didn’t do. I am 100% certain of that. I totally stand in my integrity regarding all work I did for this client, and all interactions I’ve had with her.

She claims I asked her to send money in the post. In reality, I did not ask her to do that. She sent payments of her own volition. She had sent $310 by mail, without any prior agreement with me. She put cash into the envelope and mailed it to me. She didn’t put her name on the envelope. Basic mailing practices 101, say that you should never mail cash, because the money could get lost or stolen, and there is no record of it having been sent. I had to make the effort to find out who sent this money. If I wanted to steal her money, I would not have made the effort. But I am a person of integrity and believe in doing the right thing, so I investigated.

I noticed that the piece of paper that money was wrapped in was a print out from an Amazon account, and it had an email address on it. So I emailed the person and asked them if they had sent the money. That’s how I found out who sent the anonymous envelope. I go the extra mile for my clients. Suyeon Kim just doesn’t appreciate how much time, effort, consideration and energy I give to my clients without counting the cost.

Between Suyeon’s last session, and the time that she was requesting a new session, my rates have increased, because I had completed several intensive training programs, and have increased my qualifications.

My assistant explained to her what the options would be if she wanted to get a session for herself or her sister, that the new rate for a first time client for a 2 hr session by phone or in person is $500, or $511 for a remote session. The new rate for a returning client for a 2 hr session is $450 (phone or in person) or $461 (remote). 

Suyeon Kim got angry and belligerent. She threw fits. If she had negotiated amicably, she may have gotten a discounted 2 hr session, as some clients do. Instead, she sent me very offensive, rude, attacking emails, of a harassing nature, calling me all sorts of ugly names, making racist remarks, and using very ugly language. Her emails had accusations that somehow I stole her money, and paranoid threatening messages, like that she’ll tell Obama that I legged her money, as if she’s on speaking terms with Obama.

I told her several months before, that extraneous emails from her will not be fielded, so most of these emails were not opened or read, but went directly into the trash. 

We need to back track to an important event, that happened several months prior to this event, that will help to put this situation in context.

Pretty much from the beginning, this client had the habit of sending me many emails per day. These emails were very very long raves, just stream of consciousness of a very mentally ill person. She would also call me many times a day. I do sessions with clients by phone, during the day, so its very disturbing and distracting to have someone call incessantly.

There was a point when Suyeon scheduled a session that was going to take place something like 2 weeks after she scheduled it. After she scheduled her session, she was sending me many emails a day, every day, and called incessantly, trying to get me to do her session sooner. I told her to stop, and explained that its very distracting, and that there is no way I can see her sooner. She knew that my schedule is very full for several weeks ahead, when she was scheduling. So it wasn't a surprise. But still she got very angry and belligerent, attacking me, and demanded a refund. I reminded her that we don't offer refunds, only credit. The refund policy is plainly outlined on my site. See link in Section 6, at the bottom of this email.

She opened a dispute with paypal, demanding a refund. After I did her session sooner, like she requested, she was happy with the results, and sent me an email saying so. I’m attaching it at the bottom. See the email from April 3, in Section 2. She then closed the paypal dispute.

Because this client showed that she was not an integrous person, a manipulative person, who creates drama  and manipulates people through drama, I had to give her very specific guidelines regarding when and how she was allowed to communicate with me and to send payments. My intent was to still be available as a Healer to her, because that’s the kind thing to do, as she truly needed help. And at the same time, not allow her to abuse me and take advantage of my kindness. This is what I emailed her on April 4, 2014:

This email is to inform you about several changes to how I'll be working with you from now on:

1) No extraneous emails will be fielded. Please send only requests for a session, via email.  It has to be a short concise email, with no more than 60 words. When I need more info, I'll ask for it, and then you can send me more info.

All other emails will not be read. If you keep flooding my inbox with emails, you risk having your email address marked as spam, or have all your emails sent directly to the trash, in which case, when you need a healing, I will not get your email. So don't send extraneous emails, if you want to maintain a working relationship with me.

2) Do not call by phone.

If you call, your number will be blocked, and you may be reported for harassment.

3) I will be partnering with another Healer, on any amount of session work with you. He is a Healer of great integrity and skill, and assists me with some client work.

4) No payments from you are accepted by paypal. You must send a check, cashier's check or money order.

If you send a paypal payment, it will be refunded, and your email account blocked permanently. 

Please follow these guidelines, if you want to receive my services in the future.

Due to her severe mental illness, she must not have understood what I asked of her, or she didn’t care. Nor did she respect the basic boundaries I outlined. After my request on April 4, she still continued to send me very many emails, of the same type of raving mad lunacy she had before. Some of them went directly into the trash, as I told her they would. Some of them are in Section 5.

So going forward in time: after sending me all those emails, and not communicating with me (as I didn’t reply to them), she sent me $310 by mail.

This client claims in her post, that she was psychically attacked by me and got sicker. If that was true, why did she try so hard to get more sessions, even after my email on April 4th. The answer is simple. She was not harmed. She was helped and she wanted more help.

On June 30th, I emailed Suyeon Kim, stating that I will do an 80 min remote session for her, in the second half of that week.  On July 2nd, she wrote the post on this site. Suyeon Kim either didn’t understand what I wrote in the email, thinking that I said that I won’t do her session, when in fact I said that I will. Or she may’ve ignored the email, or not seen it. Other very mentally ill clients, who I’ve worked with, have told me that sometimes, when they are very actively in their illness, they can’t see my emails. They’re there in their inbox, but they just can’t see them. Or they can’t find the information I sent to them, even if I had sent it 3 times.

I gave her significantly more work, than what she actually paid for.

The standard rate for that service, which is a remote session for returning clients, is $461 per 2 hrs. That is $3.85 per minute. She sent $310, so at that rate, its an 80 min session.

I did a 90 min session for her on July 4th, 2014 and sent her the report of the work done on July 7th, 2014.

Another Healer assisted me, and did a 1 hr session. His rate is $135 for 1 hr.  He was present in the room and saw me do all of Suyeon Kim’s work, and scanned the client before and after the session. He can attest that the work I did for Suyeon Kim was high quality and done with integrity. He sent his work report to Suyeon Kim, on July 7th, also.

So Suyeon Kim got about 70 mins of work, valued at $ 172, at no charge. 

On a side note, I took time away from my life to do her session on July 4th. But she has not thanked me for that, nor for doing the work at all, nor for giving her extra work. Suyeon Kim has been ungrateful, and has not appreciated my kindness and compassion. Even though she has attacked me over the course of several months, harassing me, threatening me, calling me horrible names, cursing me, and making racist comments, demeaning and belittling comments, I still did healing work for her. She is so trapped in her own little world of make believe enemies, and thinking the world is out to get her, that she doesn’t recognize when people really genuinely do good for her, and wish her well, as I do.

Suyeon Kim is not an integrous person. Her post is out of integrity, because the claims she makes about me or my work, are blatantly false. People who know me well, know what sort of person I am, and know that I would never do what she wrote in her post. Please, see the letters of reference and testimonials from my colleagues and clients who know me and my work well, as well as have expertise in my field, in Section 1.

In conclusion, here is the outline of the main points:

1) She claims I stole/embezzled $310 from her. 

This is false. Not only did she receive what she paid for, but much more.

2) She claims I asked her to send money in the post. 

This is false. I have never asked her to send $310 by mail. She did that of her own volition.

3) She claims that I got her psychically attacked. 

This is false.  Actuality, she attacked me.  Working as an Exorcist can be an excruciatingly difficult job. Sometimes I get attacked by the demons of the people I’m clearing. That, I can deal with, because I’m trained to deal with that. But sometimes, these people carry through that psychic attack into other behaviors, like posting non integrous posts online. If people do that, than I can no longer help them as a professional. She also attacked me through her vicious emails. I had even gone to the police to file a harassment report. 

4) She claims that I refused to give her a healing unless she paid another $100. 

This is false. I did a customized session for her, based on what she paid, without any additional cost to her. Its not even something I do on a regular basis, anymore. I made a special exception for her. Which she didn’t appreciate or even acknowledge.

5) She claims that: ”She hasn't helped me at all.  She stalled my life, made the situation even worse and then tried to make more money out of it.” 

This is false. The client told me in emails, by phone, or in sessions, that the work was helpful to her, and was feeling better as a result of the work. Thats why she was brining other family members as well, and coming back for more and more sessions. If she genuinely thought that the service was bad, why did she keep coming back, and fight so hard to be get sessions sooner, claiming that her problems are more urgent than other peoples’, so I should see her sooner.

In my email to her on June 30th, I told her to never contact me again for any reason, that our relationship is finished. I believe the real reason she wrote the derogatory post, was because she felt rejected and was angry about it. (It was not my intent to reject her or to hurt her feelings. Simply to sever all ties with this person.) Her post was an act of revenge, spite, and manipulation. She wrote in one of her emails, “The ill people, they always revenge.  The revenge can be later.” Clearly, she was writing about herself. Suyeon Kim is a Psychic Vampire. She feeds on people’s energy, by bombarding them with incessant emails and phone calls. She creates drama, and works hard to suck people into it, so that she can feed on people’s energy, and negative attention to herself. This makes her feel important. But I don’t have time for that sort of nonsense. I am busy helping people who want to be helped.

I wish her the best on her healing journey, and that she finds the help she truly needs.

Naroff, LCSW, a NYS licensed clinical social worker/psychotherapist, in private practice in New York City.  I have know Anastasia Toom both as a colleague (we have worked on a few cases together), and later on as clinical consultant.  We have been professionally acquainted for over four years to date.  Throughout that time, Ms. Toom has always displayed the highest of professional and personal ethics, not only with her clients but also in her personal life.  She has consistently demonstrated excellent skill in aiding clients to heal the traumas that they carry.  In addition, she  has been superb at ridding clients of all matter of dark energies that they may be carrying, both from this life as well as from past lives.  Though I have known many people in the helping field, Ms. Toom has demonstrated such consistent high ethical standards that she clearly is a step beyond most.

It is indeed a true public service that she performs, and is an asset to society as a whole.  I can not imagine that any client could honestly believe that Ms. Toom would take anything from another that she has not honestly earned, nor would she ever try to "hoodwink" someone out of their money just for the sake of her personal gain.  It is possible, given the esoteric nature of her work, that some people may not recognize the subtle yet profound ramifications of what she does, and thus think she is taking advantage of them, but in no way is this ever the case.

In sum, Ms. Anastasia Toom is a fine exemplar of what a helping counselor could and should be.  A person worthy of emulation, not disparagement.  I offer her my highest recommendations both for her personal and professional standards, and for the quality of her work.

My name Is Peter Michael. I am a healer and teacher of entity removal.

I have worked with Anastasia for a number years as both a client and helper, referring clients to her that I may not be able to help or have time to help. Anastasia, in my honest opinion, is a truly gifted being and healer, who is on an entirely different level then most healers I have encountered. She is constantly going to workshops, expanding her level of knowledge and consciousness. She is an "expert" exorcist in my opinion and is light years beyond most others doing this work.

In this line of work I believe that many people are sometimes 'stuck' in their problems. They recreate the same issues they originally went to seek help for. Many of these people also have other underlying issues that affect their progress in healing their issues. As with any business you will encounter difficult people, but that is more so with this kind of work. You are in essence helping people clear out very dark and troubling energies they have been holding on to for many years. Often people like this are not easy to deal with. They can be 'draining', create drama, and a pain in the rear, so to speak. Surly as one goes through the various personalities that are attracted to this work, they will encounter someone who is 'not all there' (mentally). People who are 'not all there' will seek to defame others as a way of expressing their sickness. A healthy human would seek to work out things in a way that does not harm the other. A healthy human would understand that this is Anastasia's line of work, and that anything that does not benefit her work can potentially become a problem for it. 

So if a person decides to express their emotions on a website designed to make money from people giving bad names to certain businesses, that may not be the best way to resolve that situation. Surely 'rip off report' is not about "justice" for consumers, but a way to make money off of businesses that have been given a negative response. If this site was about 'justice' it would be based a little more fairly, instead of giving all advantage to the complainant, and none to the business being complained against. What a smart idea you guys developed....."Let's make a website that makes money off of removing negative and mean comments left for businesses". And this is the world we live in, someone always trying to 'get over' on another human. Well good for you 'rip off report' !! More power to you. If you have to make a living off of removing negative comments left by people who are not in their right mind, then you are part of the problem, not the solution.

My mum is still in hospital.  She's in the psychiatric ward, but she seems to be doing well.  She's got rid of her pneumonia.   She's just doing group activities there.  But seems to be in a better mood and mentally as well.  I think the mental illness is largely due to spirit attachments, because she was complaining about hearing voices and none of her sisters seem to have this illness. Yes, please conduct her next remote session soon with the cord cutting etc. with the information I provided.   Please remove psychic hooks on her from my dad.

Hi Anastasia,

I've arrived in London well. It's marginally warmer than NYC.  Thank you for the session on Saturday.  Thanks for the counselling.  It's an interesting point of view and thinking. I will take your advice and try and work on it.

I think this happened because of my family relationships. I don't get on with any of my family members.  Look at Katy Perry's MTV dark horse. It's the church ppls curse. I went to that church because of my older sister.

I thought about shamanic healing for my mum years ago but couldn't convince my family or my mum.  Maybe this is one of the reasons this happened.  I studied pharmacology at university.

And that man.  I think I can feel the energy of that couple. Makes me miserable.

Is Singapore a good destination for me? I should have asked there and then. And I'm supposed to let go.  That is a good song and the MV to Frozen Let it go, that is good.

I am in Singapore at the moment.  I got bullied and attacked from 2011 and I have some nasty ppl on my back who I want to combat.   People making money out of me.  I can't get a job so I am thinking of moving countries.   My soul contract has been swapped with a broken vow. They don't want me to come forward.

I cannot explain things without mentioning them, if I do I'm sure I'll be gone and so will my family.

The ill people, they always revenge.  The revenge can be later.  I wanted spirit release cord cutting. Curse removal.

Mada's an idiot. He thinks he's doing something heroic or doing good.

He changed his career to what I was doing. Now my career is broke.

He wanted to be vice president in his company.  He made himself a JFK, what can I say.

They put him in that position.  His father is a president of some company.  I'm sure it's part of his fantasy manifestation.

This doesn't seem to be my manifestation.

I never aspired to such nonsense.

There seems to be some kind of telepathic communication between me and him.

He probably thinks that I can't have sex, so he married someone else, he didn't know how to break the magical vow.

I have other things to talk about such as my sisters.

What's the point in fighting for democracy in Korea.  Koreans don't want it. The majority voted for that woman.  Whether the ill subtle manipulated or not. Korean people don't seem to care about.  I told him to stop. Either that or they've made him go crazy.

I told him JFK died whistle blowing and not to do anything.  He's doing the exact thing I told him not to do.

I shouldn't have told him anything.

The ill would never admit to it as their mistake.  So the only thing he could do to preserve his life then is to admit his mistake and marry me.  It sounds ridiculous but it would be restoring the original what was meant to have happened.

 As in he has to abandon Kim Munro.  That's what I thought, because he's cheating with a mistress although they are legitimately married, the original soul contract and vow was with me. And if the ill hadn't interfered he could not have married Kim Munro. They messed up things this way.

To me, I thought he needed to get out of the position that they had put him in. That required getting a divorce unfortunately, and then to reclaim destiny marry me or someone else.  He didn't think he's done wrong so he wouldn't do that.

But the thing they have put him in that position so the best thing I could think of was for him to get out of that marriage.

He wouldn't do that. He thinks Kim Munro is a better option for him.  A leg up in his fortune.  Except that she went to a low ranking school for undergrad and suddenly did very well for post grad school.

He told them to make more songs.  He wants me punished because it's my fault. That's what he thinks.

He turned me down again and again.  Ridiculous.

The only thing really I could think of was to get him out of his marriage.

Plus, the ill were doing something. Like there was someone talking to me in my sleep.  At least that's what I felt like giving me suggestions.

He didn't look that happy in his wedding photos and I thought if he gets on that well with his wife why bother dragging me back into his marriage by picking a fight.  They made me interact with Mada.

Making Mada marry Kim Munro probably already humiliated him because it reminds him of his mistakes.

Kim Munro probably picked a fight to make sure that I never got together with him which was pointless.  I would have stayed away from him if she hadn't kicked up a fuss.

 He goes from blondes to Korean, to Chinese to blondes.  Usually people have preferences but he doesn't seem to. Only he likes blondes for Caucasian girls.

He's basically doing what the ill wanted him to do.

Every time he did whistle blowing they errorised people in Korea and cemented PGH's position. At first he was doing something but then PGH she was using him as well.

I told you. Mada cursed me some how. He's made me a disabled person.  Soul contract soul vow.

My friends have abandoned me.

This is why I went crazy.  I had a nervous breakdown.  I don't know what they did.

But after I went for spirit release with Moi Shim Hwa.  I had a nervous breakdown and was crying hysterically and screaming.  I'm usually a calm person.  I don't know what happened.

Credit may be offered for the unused time of sessions, classes, courses, programs, workshops, or Healing Circles, that can go toward another service, if you let me know early enough that you want to change your course, or reschedule a session.

If you need to reschedule your session, or class, let us know at least 24 hours prior to session.

If you don’t contact us to reschedule at least 24 hrs in advance, and don’t show, no refund or credit will be offered.

Rescheduling may be done up to two times.

Individual Sessions and Courses may be transferred to family members.

Same-day sessions or a session made for a time within 24 hrs of scheduling, cannot be canceled, rescheduled, or transferred.

In the event that a class series or a Healing Circle series, gets canceled, for which you had prepaid in advance, a refund is offered.

After you send a payment, it counts as a credit which you can apply to anything in the store. Until you schedule a specific session, or package, for a specific date and time, it is only a credit. You have to have received a confirmation email of your scheduled session, to lock in the date and time, and for the credit to be applied and locked in. The rate that applies, is the one that is current at the time of scheduling your appointment, not the one that was current at the time of sending. (Some people send a payment, and then for some reason schedule their appointment only 6 months later. Who knows why. But the point is that they will get a session that is based on the current rate at the time of scheduling their appointment, not at the time of sending the payment.)
