Spiritual Physique Khama Anku Charged and/or withdrew $49 from my credit card/account without my approval/permission in March and April. Los Angeles, California

I ordered a lifecoach cd @ no cost, you had to pay shipping and handling of $13.95 only.  There was not anything additional required to receive the cd @ no cost.  I provided my credit card information for shipping and handling purposes only.  When I went to the bank today I found out $49 had been taken out of my account in March and April.  

An additional $49 was taken from my account 03-29-2010 and 04-28-2010, it did not state what the charges were for on the bank inquiry.  The bank stated I needed to call them and dispute the charges.  I called the number provided to the bank for the transaction while I was at the bank, the number was disconnected.  I went home and called the 888-339-8450 provided on the website.  You are advised to leave your name, number, and email address and someone will get back with you in approximately 3 days. 

Then I went to the website and clicked the live support online option for customer service.  I asked why my account was charged for the above mentioned charges.  It showed I was chatting with Khama.  She said it was for the spiritual spa membership.  I replied I did not sign up for a spiritual spa membership and there were not any additional requirements to receive the cd @ no cost and I would appreciate it if she returned my money back to my account ASAP and do not attempt to take any more money from my account.  The chat session was disconnected.
