I have been a member of the gaming site for a few years, never won anything except small splashcash awards. I spent all my "spoints" on the big win tickets .
I was informed on the December 1, 2008 drawing that I won the 1,000.00 drawing. There was a form to fill out to advertise for the site on my win. I was not told by email or any other form when or how I would get the check. So I started calling them. I spoke with Trish first. She's just the front girl. She will give you the excuse that the check was returned and is now in the hands of their fraud department. She then referrs you to Lindsay. This is another bimbo that works for the company and of course, has the same story as Trish. It's in our fraud department and someone will contact you. No one knows how or when they will contact you. I was asked for my email address by Lindsay and told I would be contacted sooner if I gave it to her. It has been 6 months and I still have not heard anything.

I contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in California and they sent a request to the company. After two attempts and no response from the company they have closed my case. The report is on their website. If you know anyone who has been scammed by this site, please report it. They need to be monitored by the government.

I was notified on June 1st, 2008 by email.  My story would read almost exactly like yours.  Filed with the BBB.  Sent an email to the Atty General.  A year and a half later I still don't have the $1000 that I "won."

I filed a complaint #98428041 with the BBB. They attempted to contact the company (Splashspot) two times with NO RESPONSE. They closed their case because the Business is not a member of the BBB (first clue not to join) and legally do not have to respond. However, because they didn't respond the BBB will report the company on the NOT Approved list for the next three years.
I guess it's something.
