Sponcered Whips I paid them 199.99$ and he said that i would get sponcers and my car would be completely overhauled and it didn't work out and now im fighting to get my money back even though he said 100% money back, Internet

I seen an add on my email about sponsored whips and how they do a complete overhaul of your vehicle so i applied on line and the same day i get a call from sponsored whips. The guy told me that they would take my car and completely overhaul it and asked me what i had in mind and i told him what i would like to see my car look like and he told me they can do it and i had to send them 199.99$ to him that day and that would pay for all the papper work to get the sponsors to get the parts. He told me it would be like a second job and that the sponsors would pay me to put there name on my car.

He also told me i would have to talk to him every day or i would nolonger get paid. This to me sounded like a really good move to make some extra money since i was layed off for two years and got a job making very little money. I have three kids and i thought it was going to be a good investment but my wife didn't think so and the guy told me if it didn't work out he would give me a 100% money back if i didn't want to. As you might know my wife didn't take it well and left me so i called the guy and told him what happend and he said so you want your money back and i said yes. I keep calling him but he told me that he would have to talk to his boss but no call back.

So i called back and told him that his boss did not call and he said that he would take care of it!!!! So after waiting for a couple of days and still no call i called him back and got blown off! I am still calling trying to get my 100% money back and there was no work done to my car so i don't think it is fare to steal my money when there was no work done to my car and he did not do anything to make the money!!! All i want is my money back. I called him and left a message saying that i don't know what im to do but i need him to tell me what i have to do to get my money back or just send me a check or money order like i did for him that day we spoke. He made it sound like i would be getting alot but i got zero from him but a lot of (B-S)
