sporestore.com Sporestore false advertising, bad customer service, extremely slow shipping time Internet

 I ordered from sporestore a four pack of mushroom spores as a gift for my teacher. After a week i did not recieve a tracking number. I sent several emails. A week later i get email with tracking number. Total of three weeks. Week four my package arrives. Then i notice that spore store charged me for shipping after advertising "Free" shipping. I emailed and asked why. Several weeks later i recieved email saying free shipping is only on orders over one hundred bucks. You can see the site as i write this and it still says free shipping. Bad customer service. Gift was late and recipient of gift said they were made very poorly. I asked for refund. They never responded again. Couldnt be less satisfied with this purchase.
