I contacted Randall Antoinio Mendez Ramirez Mendez of the Travel Company Sportiva by Gamma in Costa Rica  as he advertized on his website Tokyo Marathon Packages with guarantee entries to participate on the Tokyo Marathon. He claim that the entries were guarantee and he was a respectful and honorable serious company.

We were a total of 18 Runners and 5 companions total 23 people that I gathered $29,345.18 USD to pay for this packages .

On October 2017 the deposit was made for $9445.18 USD, then another payment of December 6 for $9950.00 USD and then On Dec 7 another payment for $9950.00 for a total wired amount to his bank account in Costa Rica for $29,345.18 USD

On  Feb 2018 when Tokyo sent out the Notifications with instructions of participants none of the member of the group received a notification, and Mr. Randall Mendez communicated to the group that his associate in Europe that was getting him the entries for the Tokyo Marathon  was not  responding and that as a responsible company that he was he will be refunding the money to each of us. 

He has been promising to return the money ever since and each time is a different story and a different date and  nothing has been refunded to us. 

Due to his lack of responsibility and honor to his word to return the money, my friends had taken legal actions against  me in court for organizing the group.

This situation has caused me to file  a law suit against him in  Costa Rica and spend more money than I already lost in order to try to recover the money .

Meanwhile he continues to sell Travel Packages to participate on Marathon events around the world .

Contacte a Randall Antonio Mendez Ramirez de la Empresa Sportiva by Gamma en Costa Rica ya que publico en su pagina de web paquetes de viajes con entrada garantizada para la Maraton de Tokyo y que era una empresa respetuosa, honorable y seria.

Somos un total de 18 corredores con 5 acompanantes que colecte $29,345.18 USD para pagarle pro sus paquetes.

En Octubre de 2017 el deposito fue hecho por $9945.18 USD, luego otro Diciembre 6 por $9950.00 USD y otor en Diciembre 7 por otros $9950.00 USD, por un total enviado via transferencia bancaria a su cuenta Bancaria en Costa Rica por $29,345.18 USD

En Febrero 2018 cuanod Tokyo envio las notifiaciones con las instrucciones de participacion ninguno de nuestro grupo recibio una , y el Mr Randall Mendez comunico al grupo que su asociado de Europa qeu le estaba consiguiendo las entradas para al Marathon de Tokio no le repsondia y que empresa responable el estaria haciendo la decolucion del dinero a nosotros.

El ha estado prometiendo devolver el dinero desde entonces y cada vez es una historia distinta y una fecha diferente y nada se nos ha devuelto.

Por falta de su responabilidad y honor a su palabra de devolver el dinero , mis amigos han tomado acciones legales en contra mia por haber organizado  el grupo.

Esta situacion me ha causado tener que poner una demanda en su contra en Costa Rica y gastar mas dinero de el que he perdido en tratar de recuperar este dinero

Mienstras tanto el sigue ventiendo paquetes de viaje para participacion en Maratones alrrededor del mundo.
