Sports Arbitrage World;Autopilot The Company failed to honour a money back promise London Internet

I spent £897.00 to purchase software from this company which is supposed to automatically find and exploit sports arbitrage opportunties. The suppliers claimed that the software was easy to operate and required no previous experience and said that they would fully refund the money paid for the software if not satisfied after 60 days. I found the software to be full of bugs and very user unfriendly and never succeeded in getting it to work. When requesting help from their helpline the operator was very unco-operative and unhelpful. I accordingly requested thr refund of my money after 60 days but they refused to honour their promise claiming that "

When you installed V2.0, you accepted a new EULA which made clear that no refund would be available once the software was installed and run." Actually I never got a sfar as installing version 2.0 . 

I informed them that I only installed version 1.0.0. so "I never accepted your sneaky attempt to change the terms and conditions of my purchase which I doubt would have been legally binding anyway because our contract was made when I first subscribed and the conditions cannot be unilaterally changed thereafter. Especially if the proposed change in terms and conditions was not drawn to my attention."

Notwithstanding this response from me they have nevertheless failed to refund my money despite a letter of demand sent to tem.
