Sports Authority Will not return my money Internet

I purchased merchandise with a guaranteed delivery date between 7-10 days, after 21 days I cancelled the order and requested a credit. Well, after 9 phone calls, the first four just trying to explain the problem, I thought the problem was solved.

Not to my surprise the problem was only escalating, it seems that Sports Authority has no problem obtaining debt. However, when it comes to crediting an account the staff at sports authority become dyslexic. I have been told five times that the credit for the return was issued. Every time I check my account, the credit has not posted. This has been going on since December 21st. Sports Authority is probably hoping I will give in and forget the whole affair, when $949.00 is at stake I think NOT.

I called again, the tenth time, fifteen minutes prior to posting this and was told a mistake was made with the credit amount and that the credit was re-issued. This will be the number six that a credit was re-issued.
I suggest that anyone thinking about doing online business with Sports Authority; seriously consider going somewhere else, like d**k's Sporting Goods. I know I will next time.
