I ordered thinking I was ordering from a legitimate US company with a proper return policy and warranty. The price was not cheaper than other places, so again, I thought I was ordering the real thing. I did receive my item, after a lengthy shipping time, and it was defective. I have been in talks with them over email, and it is a negotiation game to them.
They are refusing to pay return shipping even though their website says "free returns." It isn't even that I changed my mind, the item had manufacture defects! They keep trying to get me to pay more money to get a second counterfeit item instead of addressing the problems with the first item. The company lists a US address, but really they are from China. I was overcharged for my item and got a foriegn transaction fee.
Stay far far away from this company.
