As a customer and business person I'm getting real tired of fighting over normal rights of return.

I purchased SpotGen 3 to track a trailer in the hopes that the unit would help. however the unit needs a cellar view of the sky and cannot be covered in anyway. Ok no big deal I will just return the unit get my money back and use something else that fits me better right?

NOTE: I have not even been able to get the unit with a clear view of the sky to get a GPS signal while it was ON and I had paid 250.00 for the service plan.

Boy was I wrong these guys are a Horrific Rip Off, returning the device to the store was easy enough but trying to get a refund of My 250.00 for a tracking service THAT I DID NOT EVEN USE has proven to be impossible.

First it was our Policy says we can't, then we have no manage, then there is a 2 day return policy. An on and on and on. I was on the phone with the rep for over an hour being accused of everything from not letting the rep talk to wasting their time.

Note: the rep Refused to refund even though he admitted that the service was not used and refused to give me a mangers name or email address.

As of yet I have not received my service cost back.
