Spotloan I just want to let you know how terrible of a company you are. spotloan the reason why I say that is because I just got off the phone with one of your representatives and I just recently had a disaster occur in my state that I live in and when I got my power turned on I received either an email or voicemail indicating that you guys were giving us a either credit from the taxes or the interest but I wasnt aware a phone had to be made to get this option every other major company did not require acess but for some reason spotloan unable to access. well nevertheless i was unable to make a phone call to you guys because I had no power I had no means of communication and when speaking to the representative she was saying oh it's too late now and I informed her that I had a weather disaster that occurred to me in my state. she said she understands oh I waited too late and that's the reason why I didn't receive it I should have called or emailed and I said to her how would that have happen with no power mama and did she had common sence and she has no common sense is very very stupid for even bring that up. the reason being is if a person has gone through a hurricane disaster how in the world will they have electricity let alone internet to be able to contact anyone. I shouldnt have tell her that the compassion and understand should of turn on some however I think it was very very stupid of her but thats who represent your businesses. i will be glad to be done with Spotloan and will never recommend anyone to Spotloan as a company. it would be in your best interest to educate your customer representative to be a bit more compassionate to a disaster situation because it's not my fault that i couldn't call because there was no power
