Spoton, Inc. Spoton Dishonest Sales Personnel san rafael California

 A Spoton sales person dropped by my business last year.  I did not sign up on his first visit, or the second visit because Spoton did not provide all the services I wanted regarding integrating with my customer email list.  After a few more visits, the salesperson said they were adding a new feature that would allow us to add and retrieve any new customers email addresses we aquired with a Spoton unit and export those into our system, so we decided to sign up.  This was the absolute only reason we signed up.  A few months after we signed up, the service he said would be available, still was not available and I called our sales person to see why it wasn't available.  Huge surprise, he doesn't work for Spoton anymore...hah!  So I ask who the new salesperson is for our territory.  Surprise again, they don't have one.  Hmmm.. I wonder why?

 So I call the corporate office, what do we do? They referred me to the next closest salesperson from another territory, which if I remember correctly, was in the Austin area (not even close to our location in Dallas area) This salesperson said the same lie, that the service would be available soon, but not sure of the exact date it would be available.  At this point I am very frustrated that I've been paying and what I was promised has not been delivered and my salesperson is not even there after a couple of months..I feel duped.

In a nutshell, after several months of phone calls to corporate and promises to cancel our service due to the fradulent sales tactics used to sign us up, Spoton is still billing me.  I've even been disconnected and hung up on when I call the corporate office.  Their communication is terrible and they don't care that their sales people lie.  I would NEVER recommend anyone sign up for this service.  My last communication was with Emily Allen at the corporate office.  She said she would cancel my service a few months ago and send a shipping label to pickup my unit.  Still getting billed and unit is sitting in our storeroom.
