9/26: Ordered some spray gun equipment from spraygunworld.com

After 3 days, Mike (the specialist) contacted me for my C/C information again, explaining order could not be processed due to "an issue with thier new credit charge processing equipment" (he needed 3 digit code again) At this point, all seemed legitamite. Mike explained it would be 7-10 days shipping. I asked him (another e-mail to please contct me by phone, or provide a contact number. Neither was executed bu Mike from spraygunworld.

10/12/2017 I reached out to Mike as I had not yet recieved any transaction details (other than charge submitted, omitted, and re-submitted (now under a different name, and city) on my C/C statement dates 9/27, 9/28,/9/30) 

He replied with "catec, the warehouse shipper" (?) was having troubles processing orders with thier new computer system, and were weeks behind.....Again, no requests for any documentation, confirmation, tracking numbers, etc. were responede to by Mike.

Several strings of e-mails followed from Mike with stalls, excuses, and everything except what I asked for, a legitamate phone conversation, and proof of actual order transaction, merchandise, shipping, etc..

Several e-mails later, Mike responded to my threats of contacting my C/C Fraud department, and threats to file a complaint with the BBB with more stalls, more excuses about calling the warehouse again, etc.

I have recieved an e-mail from Mike now stating a refund is being processed, but any action by me attempting to contact fraud dept. BBB etc. would cause issues with refund) Basically, I felt Mike was threatening me with some bogus retaliation for my actions.

I will post when transaction actually clears my C/C company. At this point, Mike has straight-up refused to verbally discuss, and give any proof or reassurance he is ligitimate, the business actually has a physical address, contact number, etc.

I have e-mailed a request to Mike from spraygunworld to please supply business tax I.D. number, EIN #, etc. let's see what this gets for a reply....
