Ms. Kai Nonamay, I did not file this report on you, Rob Lonardo did.  I don't even know you.  However, I do know he has it out for both of us.  I have retained legal counsel, I suggest you do the same.

The Tanning Garden

 I was doing business with Debi Pistole for 2 years! She placed an order for products with my company as she always had. I had an extra box of sample size retail products a $75 retail value for free as long as she paid for shipping as I valued her as a client. She then pays for all of the products on her credit card and we ship everything to her UPS ground with verified tracking and signature delivery. Debi Pistole then starts sending me tons of text messages days later and after we shipped her everything ane e-mailed her all tracking numbers. The texts were vulgar, deragatory, and disrespectful in nature as she is like Jeckyll and Hyde when she is under the influence of alcohol and drugs. Debi Pistole then starts complaining that she thinks she was overcharged for shipping and tells me that her husband is heated. I respond that we are not a shipping company and only charge our clients what UPS charges to us and if she had complaints to please go to UPS with them. Debi Pistole the continues to send me harassing, threatening, and verbally abusive text messages non-stop. I finally got to a point where I responded to her stating that after this transaction our company no longer wanted to conduct business with her and that she needed to find another spray tan company in moving forward as I nor my staff will be subject to her unwarranted verbal abuse and attacks. Debi Pistole then goes on to www.ripoffreport.com and files a rip off report against me stating that I used her credit card for personal use as if I am going out with her credit card number shopping for goods and service.

This woman Debi Pistole is one sick puppy! Who would go out of their way to try and ruin someone's personal and business reputation ONLY because she THOUGHT we may have though we didn't overcharge her $10-20 in shipping costs? What goes on in a person's sadistic and warped brain and mentality to do something so extreme as such!? Debi Pistole then calls her credit card company and reverses charges claiming fraud that she never authorized nor made this transaction AFTER all products were delivered to her and signed by her at her residence. I have all the paperwork to prove all of this through facts not opinions nor heresay. I then call the police and was going to press grand theft and fraud charges against her. At that point she immediately send me a cashier's check in the mail for the full amount that was owed to which I have a copy for all to see. This woman is a mentally ill and sick individual! DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THIS WOMAN AS SHE IS SICK IN THE HEAD! Debi Pistole The Tanning Garden in Kingston Springs, TN! Stay far away from her! In 2012, I ordered a product from Rob Lonardo.  He quoted me a price and I have an email to confirm this.  I asked my parents to use their credit card and they agreed.  When they received the credit card bill, the charges were $3488.00.  Rob Lonardo quoted me $999.00.  He refused to make the correction so my father disputed the charge with his bank and they eventually made the correction.  Rob Lonardo called the Sugar Mountain NC police where I was living at the time and they issued an arrest warrant.  I had just moved to Florida and I had to go back to NC and turn myself in.  The Avery county sheriff set a $10,000 bond!  The Sugar Mountain police never asked me for any documentation or even for an explanation of what occurred.  This company is still looking for innocent consumers to take advantage of.  I found an ad on Tampa Florida Craigslist for Spray Tan LA, the same place I found them.
