Spring Masters Canada Harrased for an account that was PAID!! -did NOT complete servcie Burlington, Ontario

On February 11, 2010 I received a call soliciting a combination service package for lawn aeration (which was never completed) plus a window washing service for a great price of $166.10, which I paid for during that call on my visa, $166.10 and was processed. Yes, I do have the statement as proof.

In late May, I received a phone call asking me to settle the account. I responded that I had pre-paid in February and had yet to receive any aeration service. I was given an apology, verbal reassurance that 'they' would be out and confirmation there were no funds due. In late June, I received a call to advise the window washer would be out in the next few days. I received another call regarding the window washing, that they could not perform the task as no one was home to supply water. (Must have missed the bit in your 'professional' service piece), however I was told they would be out in the next couple of days. Due to rain they were not out. In late July, the windows were washed. Shortly thereafter I received yet another call.

You certainly have time to call out, however no one answers the phone or RETURNS messages when I call you. Interesting. Very Professional.

This call indicated that I was to pay the outstanding invoice. Really? We are going over this AGAIN? So I indicated it had been paid back in February and after a moment on hold, she came back and confirmed that was correct.

Well, can you believe it? I received another call in early August indicating my account was past due and that it needed to be settled. I was not very polite this time and indicated that perhaps the young man on the phone should read the notes on the screen or in my file, as there had occurred previous conversations for the same matter and this time I did complain the Lawn Aeration had never been completed. He continued to INSIST that I pay. After requesting to speak to a manager, I was put on hold, or so I thought until a 'click' was heard followed by the dial tone. How lovely to have been hung up. You did call me.

Low and behold do I not arrive home to find an invoice in the mail indicating there was an outstanding amount on my account for approx. $52.44.

Yes, I have called, yes I have left messages. Nothing has been returned. I do expect the account to be rectified and a the balance to reflect $0.

I also expect an apology. Perhaps even a phone call.
