Spring River Nurseries And Gardener's Choice Advertised glossy pictures of beautiful flowering trees and flowers with no risk guarantee AND I received no plants Hartford Michigan

I placed an order for lavender plants through the mail 4/17/04. These were ads in the coupon inserts in Sunday newspaper. My check for $7.94 was cashed 4/29/04. As of 5/21/04, I have not received plants or heard from anyone. I went onto the internet to try to get a customer service number and discovered there have been numerous and on-going complaints against this nursery. Their number is supposedly 269-621-2259 but you only get a busy signal if you try to call. At this point it's not so much the money I'm concerned about - it's the fact that this is allowed to continue.
