Currently there is a major grievance filed and being pursued through by the Otesego-Deleware Board of REALTORS. This realty company and its broker/agent Nancy Schroeter and Agent Todd Schroeter are guilty of listing, selling and brokering properties without legal deeds or titles. Further the NY State Licensing Department is investigating Springfield Center Realty, Nancy Schroeter and Todd Schroeter for deceptive practices, non-disclosure and fraudulent transactions. Nancy Schroeter and Todd Schroeter will most likely lose their real estate licenses as well as face criminal and civil charges. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AS A PURCHASER, SELLER, OR OTHER BROKER, STOP ALL DEALINGS WITH SPRINGFIELDCENTER REALTY UNLESS YOU TOO MUST START LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM TO RECOVER YOUR LOSSES.

This is one of several false and misleading reports filed by Greg Boyle who is too much of a coward to use his own name. He spends many sleepless nights filling the internet with many false reports about events that never happened which he has made up in his own mind. Fact is, the poor guy is supposed to be taking medications to help him from discerning the real world from the dilusional world that he sometimes slips into, but he fequently goes off his prescribed medications and tends to try and "self medicate" and this is the result of his self medicating.
