Springhill Nursery springhillnursery.com Doesn't deliver what you order, Internet

On June 16, 2010, I came across a deal online for 3 packs of double daylillies at www.springhillnursery.com .  Since I had several new flower beds to fill, I thought this was a great deal.  The deal brought the price of the 3 packs down to $1.50 each, plus free shipping with a coupon code.  I ordered 15 sets of the 3 packs, and used the coupon code.  My total cost was $15.44. 

While I knew the flowers wouldn't ship until Fall, I couldn't pass up the deal.  Turns out, I should have.  Instead of receiving 45 of the daylillies, I received 15.  When I wrote to the company, they said that they couldn't give me the price of $1.50 per 3 pack because I used a code that offered free shipping.  Even though I have a copy of my receipt, they will not honor the price.  I asked them why I wasn't notified that I wouldn't get the special price if I used the free shipping code.  They had no response. 

Now, I have 15 flowers instead of the 45 that I ordered.  The price wasn't so great after all.  I advise that no one order from this place since they will not contact you if there is a problem with the order, nor honor the prices that they give you on their receipt.  They had almost 4 months to contact me about the order problem.  Instead, they stole my money and I'm stuck with empty flower beds next year.
