springleaf finance American general got a personal loan in 2009 from American General 90days same as cash 2mo.into loan they called me offered reduced bal.if it was pd.that day so of course I paid in full, 3mos.ago I started getting bills from springleaf saying I owed them filled dispute letter and still say I owe. Borrowed money from American General for Christmas in 2010 to by my wife a 52in TV and blue ray DVD player 90days same as cash 2mo.into the loan I received a call from Matt @ American General saying if I paid in full on that day he would make me deal cutting the balance owed so naturally I did. Three months later I start getting bills from Springleaf saying I owed them called Springleaf to find out what was going on but was told to send in dispute letter so I did faxed copy of e-mail payment in full and dispute letter still say I owe. How can you sell a loan 3 4 times that has been paid off and why haven't I received a bill I haven't moved and why would it take 3 years to receive a bill or letter about what's going on about your account I mean you would at least receive a phone call.
