Sprint Local Service ripoff Overcharging Making False Representations Winamac Indiana

When I moved to Winamac Indiana, I had to order Sprint telephone local service. This is the only option for this community. It took me almost two weeks to have my service transferred. They disconnected the service from my former residence on the day I directed. I did not get my service started at the new residence for several days. When I contacted Sprint they where very RUDE blamed me for not being patient.

This went on for several days. I contacted customer service after 5 days and they told me I would receive service the next day. 2 days later no service. I again called the RUDE customer service after talking to 3 different operators they told me it would be several more days until service would be connected.

Finally, after 13 days after my first contact did I get my telephone service installed. I didn't get a explanation or apology. I called the customer service center to have caller i.d added to my service. After several minutes the service operator convinced me into taking an offer for a discount if I signed up for a year contract. She stated I would save a great deal of money by taking this offer compared to what I had now.

I agreed it sounded like a excellent idea. After receiving my first billing it was for $130.00. This is now my monthly bill. This is for 1 line and a Smart 7" service. This is twice the price of my prior service. I checked my billing statement and they soak me for almost $50.00 a month in service fees, charges and taxes. I HATE SPRINT. I pay my telephone bill every month just like a good boy. As soon as this year is up, things are going to change. I wish I had Verizon back
