Sprint worst cell service ever very unhelpful akron Ohio

I have been with Sprint for many years, we have 6 phones on our family plan and originally we could not have asked for better cell service including customer service.

I have had to call them at least once a month for the past year because of dropped calls, calls going directly to voicemail even though the phone is sitting right next to me and never rings, voices so broke up you can't understand a word the person on the other end is saying to you, roaming when we should not be, text messages not going through or going through 3 hours after being sent or an error message that says the phone number is no good.

Today was the last straw i called them again because of all these issues, only 2 phones we have are still under contract and I asked to be let out of those and placed on a month to month until I could find a better company to suite my needs, we have the phones because of serious illness in the family, my mother is paralyzed, daughter has epilepsy, I have Multiple Sclerosis, my other daughter has asthma and husband is diabetic, we need phones for these reasons.

Sprint said because only 2 dropped calls showed up on there end they will not let me out of the contract without a hefty fee. I can't afford a fee, i am on disability and can no longer work and only get a very small amount every month I feel stuck and so frustrated to the point of crying. I don't understand how a company can get away with this even though they told me straight out they can see how many issues and times I have called in. I don't know what else to do. They offered me 2 25.00 credits one this month and 1 next..this doesnt even touch the bill I have to pay every month. I am so upset.
