Sprint is sending me to an outside collection agency when they already have a financial department to establish payment plans. They keep demanding the enitre amount but I don't have enough money to pay them all of it. If you ask me Sprint is so very very stupid.

The collection agency is going to charge them money, and it's not likely Sprint will recieve much of anything since the bill is roughly $500. 10% of $500 is only $50 to collect the entire debt. Sprint, why are you so stupid about this? I already sent my complaint to a lawyer for free consultation.
