Sprint Didn't replace 2 Galaxy S6 Edge phones overheat and charger cord on fire Nationwide
Galaxy S6 Edge phones overheat heated burned charger cord. Called Sprint went to local Sprint store even messaged them on FB and messenger. Customer service gave me run around upper management doesn't care. Sprint told me I had no insurance which I did. Upper management even said I had insurance. Upper management wouldn't make things right at all. Took upper management about 48hrs to get back to me. I have pics of burnt cord and how hot that charger was getting hot. I cancelled service due to customer service . Went to store was told normal . I burned my index and thumb before it caught house on fire.
