Sprint I no longer have a contract with sprint and tryed my cancel cell phone service and they won't cancel it because it's in the billing cycle! they are going to charge me another month even though I went to another cell phone company! they said they would turn me in to a collection agency if I don't pay for another month becuase they can't cancel me in the billing cycle. I asked to seake to someone in the corporate office and they said they don't know their number. If anone can help me it would be greatly appreciated. Kansas City Missouri

I recently tried to cancel my Sprint cell Phone service. My contract was up. My bill was paid up to date, all they wanted to do was upgrade my service. I told them I wanted to stop my service with them I was going to a different Cell Phone Company. They told me they can't stop my service until Jan 2014 bill comes out. I told them I already ported 1 of my numbers to another company on Dec 27, 2013 and they said they could not cancel service in the billing cycle. I told them my contract is up and I am canceling my service today (12/29/2013) they said I will still have to pay for Jan 2014 billing if I don't they will send the bill to collections and I will still have to pay for Jan 2014 billing even though I want to cancel in Dec 2013. They won't cancel my service until my billing cycle is over! How can they do this? Please contact me with information on how to cancel a service you no longer want and have already got other cell phone service.
