called this person about buying a bengal kitten.Sent him my information and had to sign a contract.Wanted money sent by western union or moneygram.$550.00 for kitten with shipping and an additional $50.00 for home delivery.Checkrd his location online and information everything looked good.Sent money from walmart for a total of $600.00.talked to him on the phone a few times everything looked good. The next day i called him to find out what was going on and he said the kitten was ready but unfortunately he needed $350.00 to $400.00 more for shipping.I was told that the $600.00 dollars covered everything. Tried to say he didn't have free shipping anymore even though it was on his website and in the email i was sent.I told him i couldn't pay anymore for the bengal kitten. He said he would see what he could do for me. I didn't here from him at all for the rest of the day so i texted him and he kept saying in a text send $250.00.Texted that seven times in a row.I told him i wanted my kitten as we agreed or my money back.He told me he had a 30 day money back guarentee but it would take time to do the refund.Then he argued with me about the price and hung up the phone on me.I called him and left messages and texted,sent emails requesting a refund.Now all i get is silence no response from him at all.
