Purchased a apy camera to record video in July, item came and would not power on. Contacted company via email (phone does not get answered and messges are not returned) immediately they repsonded with an apology and no nothing else. Contact again via email requesting RMA to return for full refund.
Two weeks later after multiple request got an RMA number and shipped item back via UPS with notification of delivery of item to their location. Six weeks late still bo refund, they have the defective item and are no longer responding to emails. This place is a joke at best, do not purchase from them, pay the extra money and purchase from a reputiable website.
Have notified credit card company and am now waiting to see if they can assist with getting credit back.
