Getting too much spam isn't the same as being ripped off. It's as simple as that. I don't think it's productive or helpful to vent your frustration about a company's excessive marketing zeal in a forum focusing on actual consumer complaints. Mark the email you receive as "spam" and you'll stop getting it. It's as simple as that. I find it hard to believe that they're going through dozens of domain names in order to outwit your spam filter. While I am sympathetic to your annoyance, this is the 21st century, and getting weekly emails from a company you don't want is neither bombardment nor harassment. It's just the price we pay for this glorious series of tubes we call the internet.

As far as we know, the Mail Chimp unsubscribe button works properly as long as you confirm on the 2^nd step.  Many customers unsubscribe to our mailing list successfully. It is impossible to turn off the Mail Chimp unsubscribe button and we do not send any transactional e-mails  out that do not go through the Mail Chimp system.

 As I stated before, we have no reason to send e-mails to customers who don’t wish to be on our list. Why would we seek to knowingly irritate our customers?

We ask again for your cooperation to please provide your order number or e-mail address so that we can manually remove you from our mailing list.

You are implying that I am a fool, unable to follow through with the simple instructions of an unsubscribe link.

I have unsubscribed to these emails that I never did subscribe to in the first place. I have also emailed you, as you herein instructed.
From my first report I Quote "I replied to some of those emails asking to have them stop, I clicked on the link to unsubscribe even though I had never subscribed, I have emailed them directly at info@spytecinc.com and asked to have them remove my email address from their database".

I assume you are not a complete buffoon, yet you failed to read that I stated as much in my initial report.

Spy Tec Inc, You are Full of S*** and you are attempting to make yourself appear as a good guy when in fact you are not. Your company and or representatives have harassed me repeatedly even after I have asked repeatedly to be removed from your email spam list. I will not do business again with Spy Tec Inc because Spy Tec Inc has shown no respect for me as a customer. It is my opinion that any company that would repeatedly send advertising emails, even after being asked to stop, is not worth doing business with. This behavior tells me that Spy Tec Inc has a business model that lacks any kind of respect for the consumers.

Spy Tec Inc, I am offended you have invaded my privacy and forced me to unsubscribe from something I did not want nor have I asked for.

I plead with consumers not to take a chance with Spy Tec Inc.
I have found they are not worth the few pennies I saved because they are still spamming my email as of 06/19/2014... Find a different supplier for the stuff you are looking at buying.

Avoid the trouble I am going through with Spy Tec Inc by avoiding Spy Tec Inc.

I am sorry about your experience with our company. First of all, we do not send daily e-mails out to any customers.

Please note also that all our transactional e-mails go through MailChimp (mailchimp.com - one of the most popular e-mail marketing services used). MailChimp requires all e-mails sent through their system to have an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each e-mail. (http://kb.mailchimp.com/article/why-do-i-have-to-use-your-unsubscribe-link). Perhaps, when you clicked on the unsubscribe link, you did not continue on to the next page to say why you are unsubscribing and to confirm the unsubscription.  If you do not complete that second step, you will not be unsubscribed from any e-mail system. If you were completing that second step, please let us know so we can inform mailchimp that their software is malfunctioning somehow.

Alternatively, if you would please respond with your e-mail address, we would be happy to manually unsubscribe you from our list. We have no desire to send e-mails to anybody who does no want them.
