I took my computer in for repairs but when I got it back, SpyBurner popped up warning me that my computer could be infected. I accepted their free scan and then chose the lifetime coverage for $79.95 over the one-year offer at $49. They promised a confirmation e-mail, never got it, I e-mailed them several times, no response. So I called their customer service, each time an automated recording would tell me that I was caller number 12 and the wait time was 24 minutes and 34 seconds. I would wait it out and after being caller number two, a recording would come on and say that the mailbox was full and could not accept any messages. And that would happen when I wasn't even trying to leave a message. When I did choose the phone option to leave a message, it would always be full. I googled them and discovered that they were based out of Russia and had scammed many others.

I have never heard of SpyBurner. First result on a search came up with this http://www.2-viruses.com/remove-spyburner read that first paragraph twice and the rest many times.
If that is correct, the folks who fixed your computer can't be blamed. Among other things that page says....
"SpyBurner produces fake scan reports in hopes on scaring computer user buying full version of product and as it uses questionable means of install, it should be removed as soon as possible from your PC. "
