I purchased a camera from this sleazeball on May 13, 2014.

Received a cheaper older model a couple days later and called Michael Giordano immediately. He first tried to convince me that the model I received was the correct one. After a FEW phone calls he finally admitted that it was a cheaper model and would get the correct one to me

Following is his email;

I have located the unit you are looking for. Please send the one you have back to:

I will ship the replacement today.

Naturally I agreed. Two weeks later I called and let him know I hadn't received the replacement.
 He said he would look into the shipping and call me back. Since that conversation he has not only not contacted me, but has stopped answering my calls.

This slimball has been a fraud since the initial purchase.

Paid 60.00 for "fast shipping"Paid for one model & received another... Was promised a replacement that was never sent...

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON HE IS A FRAUD!!!

He first sent me a cheaper model,

then lied saying the replacement had been sent,

then posted my personal information on the internet,

then failed to provide a refund after I paid for shipping

to send the item back...

There He Goes Lying Again!

As can be seen by the email which is copied verbatum

he said he would send the actual item I purchased...

2 WEEKS later he admitted it hadn't been sent

THEN he demanded I send the original non-working wrong item BACK,

(leaving me empty handed), THEN he would send the new one, (That he had initially said was on it's way)

THEN violated his Merchant Agreement AND FTC laws by posting my personal information garnered from a CC transaction...

DO NOT USE THIS STORE!

THE OWNER WILL POST YOUR PERSONAL INFO ON THE INTERNET!

Mr, Scott Miller of 973  Thornwood Drive Greenwood Indiana is an unreasonable individual. he rceeive his procuct Overnight shipping just as he paid for. The product was the wrong item, I requested he return the unit and I would ship the replacement overnight. He refused to return the item. I offered a 100% refund of all costs including  shipping once he provided me with a tracking number of the return, he refuses to return the product. 

Simple, return the produt, get your refund and go else where for your product.

He is not interested ih resolvong this in his favor, he  just wants to slander my business. I have been in business for over 20 years and hove over 5000 customers, Mr. Miller seems to be the only unhappy cuatomer.

 

Scott, get a life!!!!!!
