I decided to make a single purchase to find information on my estranged father who I wanted to contact about my mother's passing. At the time, spyfly.com had good reviews. In hindsight, they could have supplied these reivews.
The information spyfly.com gave me was useless. The address they provided of his current location was not current. On top of this, they charged the credit card I provided without my knowledge every month. They said I signed up for their subscription fees which I didn't. They did not give me a refund.
Spyfly.com claims to be a BBB accredited company. BBB also lists their address on their website:
1804 Garnet Ave #409
San Diego, CA 92109
This address actually belongs to H&R block. There are no suites in that location. It is just a tiny one floor store.
If anyone knows where I can file a legal complaint, please let me know. I'd be happy to join the class action camp.
