SPYHOUSE COFFE IGNORED REQUEST TO TURN DOWN THE LOUD BLARING MUSIC! Minneapolis Minnesota

Hello! I had a problem with the coffee shop named SPYHOUSE. This and many other coffee shops always have their music blaring loud. So this time I asked the counter person to turn it down, and at first he did. But then immediately afterward someone turned it back up again.

When I asked a second time for them to turn it down again, a female counter person argued with me that it wasn't loud, and I said it was loud from where I'm sitting. Then she asked me where I was sitting, as if that made any difference whatsoever, but I told her anyway. Then she told me to come up to the counter and discuss the matter with them, inconveniencing me as I had my computer with me, and I didn't want anyone to steal it.

Nevertheless, even if I had no computer, the nerve of this customer service person to suggest I, a customer, should have to GET UP to go to the front and embarrass myself even more just to talk to this *******, was uncalled for. What would it accomplish anyway, since they already decided they were not going to turn that music down. So I felt completely helpless.

Furthermore, what's the point of having wifi for their customers, if the customers can't hear what their doing on their computers. Also even if customers don't have computers, how can they hear themselves talk, and for that matter how can customer service hear themselves. I don't know where these coffee shop ******** got the idea that people like to hear blaring music, but they need to knock it the **** off!
