Spyzie Purchased software and it did not work or even allow me to download Internet Internet

I purchased the phone monitoring software from Spyzie and when I went to download through their step by step process I was asked to pay again at step 2 after already spending 105 dollars for the fill year membership.  I e mailed the company to explain the problem and 48 hours later I received an e mail stating it was fixed.  I tried to install again with the exact same problem.  I tried to e mail the company again numerous times with no reply.  After numerous failed attempts at contact I requested a refund and have not had a reply.

The phone was brand new and more then met all specifications.  The company seems to be a complete scam.  There is no number to call and they seem to ignore all e mail requests for a refund.
