Dec. 2013 i purchased a 50" tv from Target. I then decided to buy a warranty so i looked on amazon and purchased the square trade warranty

first of all, amazon took my money for the warranty.

second, nowhere noticable was there anything saying dontbuy warranty if you dont buy tv from us.

third, square trade emails me the 4 year warranty.

also should be known , i have account with amazon so they should know wether i bought tv from them and should not have even sold it to me.

so now its june 2016, i call square trade for service and they tell me, sorry charlie you didnt buy your tv at amazon so your warranty is not valid.

i also contacted amazon.

square trade wants to refund my money but the hell with them, i cant get a warranty anywhere else now.

they either take care of my tv or THEY WILL SEE ME IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT
