I took my car to this shop, Allstate told me to. I left the car there, because I trusted the advice of my insurance company. When I got it back the interior was dirty and when I asked Rob to over the repair sheet he said he was to busy.
The repairs did not look right, the color match was off. When I took the sheet to another shop my brother reccomended, they noticed issues with the repair. Some parts were listed as new but in fact were used parts. Some were even aftermarket parts made in China. What a fraud, I like my car and now I have a bad repair and I still have to make payments for the next 3 years.
I am now complaining to Allstate, they are no help and I have filed a complaint with the California Consumer Bureau of Repairs. I shiped them all my paper work and they working on the file.
I never authorised these type of reapirs and Allstate is looking into, I pay alot of insurance and I want the correct repair.
Do not take your car here they are scammers.

I have done all the research on Steve Keller and have no customer in our computer under this name. We take extreme pride in our work and business and are always willing to correct a problem. However, we have no clue who you are or about all the problems you seem to have had. So why don't you give me a call at the office, we are not scammers!!! Very confused about your claims.

They are still doing, even after they tried to go better. You can put a dress on a horse, but it is still a dress with a horse in it. They are still playing their games.! s**t repairs and they stick it to the insurancxe companies.

I remember Mr. Steve. He only wanted his car repaired nicely, but the repair guys wanted
to rush it. Because they were told they could not get all off parts and went to aftermarket.
Not very good on the car. I was let go because I said you are not doing things here write.
The guy they hired to replace me had no papers. It was bad I finally got a job at Caliber
in LA. Nice place and they do things write.
