SRC Aetna Insurance Company (Stratigic Research Company) Deny all claims hoping you will give up Columbia South Carolina

I have filed claims for Jan and Feb 2007. It is now Mar 15 and I have no check - the only thing they have sent me is requests for HIPPA certificates which I have sent them multiple times. I sent claims in Certified mail two times and faxed them in to people on the customer service line. They still lost half of them - or they say they have. I believe they are committing fraud by lying about the claims. I have challenged the customer service reps and they change what they are telling you - making things up as they go. You cannot get in touch with anyone in the claims or management - they do not want you to find out who the individuals are that are in violation of fraud - they just want you to go through their call center who knows absolutely nothing about the claims - just how to lie to you and put you off. I have notified the Tennessee Insurance Commissioner about them and hopefully there will be an investigation. I am now going into the third month and still have no money on claims that I have made. I have a couple of expensive drugs that are covered but they are trying to deny them by saying they have lost the claim. I have sent it in over and over and they still say it is lost. If this is not fraud, I do not know what it is.
