SRC LEADS - Survey Resource Center Teresa Bridges, Doug Fisher, Sarah Moss Do Not Deal With This Company Miami, Florida

1. My saga has gone on since July. REfund was applied for, approved by them, it has not arrived and is overdue. It is now December.

2. The leads they sell are not collected in the manner that the sales person explains to you. Three people I personally know showed up on their lists. They told me they had not responded to any direct or telemarketing on the subject for which I purchased leads. Leads were not representative of the demographics that were requested. These leads were reportedly gathere in past two weeks of purchase date. They could not have been. People had moved from the locations years before.

3. Many numbers were incorrect. No one we spoke with had requested being contacted on the topic for which we were calling.

4. These numbers were purportedly scrubbed within a few days of delivery against the national no call list. This was not true as we re-scrubbed them and found a huge percentage were on the DNC list.

5. If you try to recontact these people, you are put on perpetual hold. Your emails and phone messages are not responded to. I see from other that recourse through BBB has not worked. I will try the Florida AG office.

6. Do not deal with this organization. If I ever do receive my refund, I will post that information here.
