So I called these people.
They claimed I opened an Ace Cash Express loan and never paid on it. This it not true. When the call got stupid I remembered to pull out my recorder.
I started to record. I asked 3 times for their address, I was "put on hold" and the call dropped.
I was told they had "EXCELLENT" records, but I know what happened at that time frame, we had a medical issue arise and I was unemployed shortly after that time frame. Now I do not recall taking a loan from ACE then, but I had a few times in the past but had broken that cycle of debt fail.
They claim to have sent letters.
I never got them.
Anyway, long story short, I asked these people 3 times for their address, and they never replied. I will call back when I have more time, I want their address to force them to obey the law. Yes they did the "possible litigation" route with me, not gonna work.
