If you get these people to move ..GOOD LUCK TO YOU .. We got them to move us from New Orleans to Colorado after Katrina.. They showed up with a truck that was too small and stuffed it to the brim with our furniture and then had to go back to the house and get some of our things..later "I might add that we never got those things" they said they didn't have room for it..Also their truck was suppose to follow us .They didn't . We had the drivers cell phone number and he wouldn't answer for a few days. I have no idea where they were during that time..Also when we asked him where he was,he said that some of his homies and him were visiting family on the way up..I asked the manager at the office about this and they kept saying "oh they are on the way.. " It was plain BS. .We were already back after three days they call us and say we will meet you at the storage. We were at the storage for over two hours waiting and decided to go down the highway to investigate just in case they had an accident. We found them eating at a subways never calling us to say we will be in a little later..

When they started unpacking the truck my wife started crying as they had totally destroyed a 6000.00 dining room set and also some family heirlooms.

We finally got our things in the storage room and started photographing the damaged items for insurance claims and found they had done about 7500.00 dollars total damages..

We called the manager and they told us .. no problems ,send the photos and documentation to us and our insurance people will file your claim and we will pay you .Ok we took the address and sent the package of photos and documentation to the offices with a registration to make sure they got it.

We sent registered mail to the company they refused it and then we sent again same thing. They cheated us out of our money and I would never ever use them for even carrying a child's toy across the street.. Period..

They took advantage of people during Katrina ripping us off because they new the courts were backed up for years. We have filed a report with the BBB of New Orleans
