I placed an order online for $42.66 in vinyl on 03/24/18, and the confirmation email said to allow 24-48 business hours for trakcing info to be updated. The website also says to allow 2-3 weeks for sale items due to the number of order received, so I fugireed I'd atleast wait that time, but its been over 5 weeks and still nothing. I have sent a few emails just get a generic reply saying to review their shipping policy and check their website for "order status" which just says my order is in process, but no tracking info. I can't find a phone number for them, and their online chat is NEVER available. I sent a message on Facebook Messager as their website tells you to, and I just got an auto reply saying to read their online shipping tab on their site... Going to file a dispute with my bank over the debit charge.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM.
