SST Systems And Services Technology Lie, Repo a Car on Sat before Xmas, After Promising Not To, Don't Answer Phone ripoff Kansas City Missouri

I have been paying SST (at 10% interest) on my Taurus for 49 months. During that time, I missed ONE payment (6 months ago). I was short on cash and called SST about a "payment holiday" for one month. I was told that it was ok to skip one payment as the NEVER REPO for only 30 days late. I skipped that payment and then paid $25.00 extra every month after that.

Today, on the Sat before Xmas, without having given me ANY NOTICE, and with my account a GRAND $200 behind (after 49 months), this greedy company sent a repo man to take my car. I tried to call them to discuss, but, wouldn't you know, they AREN'T OPEN. So I have no car all weekend and, I'm sure, HUGE repo fees. I feel abused by SST. I will devote my poor skills and energy to telling the world about their perfidy!!
